Overview

House Mereliot is the ruling family of the province of Eisande, and always has been. Rulership is maintained by a female Mereliot, and passed on usually to the oldest daughter. Thus, the head of House is also referred to as the Lady of Marsilikos, and the ducal palace also known as Dome of the Lady.

History

In most recent history there have been a few particular occurances worth mentioning. Not only did the previous Lady of Marsilikos prove very fertile, having no less than five children, she also took a consort of House Shahrizai, who opened the Salon de la Rose Sauvage in Marsilikos.

Currently, House Mereliot is dealing with a hard blow, after the Marquise of Chavaise and four of her children got killed through circumstances that are yet being investigated. Almost a complete Mereliot branch got wiped out, through the curses of an evil Bhodistani woman and the workings of her minions.
